APRIL 2018 - PRESENT
Challenge: Rebuild a client base, design integrated marketing strategies and launch a TV production department.
Core responsibilities: Manage a diverse marketing team, head up sales department and host TV segments while producing four television shows.
Key Results:Grew client base by 125% over year prior. Developed social media strategies for multiple clients that provided results that included top 10 nationwide in recruiting, 46% impression growth, 77% engagement growth and 12% registration growth for regional Boy Scouts and 50% online organic sales growth for Underwear For Men. Launched chocolate secondary business for City Rescue Mission. Relaunched foundation for local Jaguars great Donovin Darius. Hosted over 75 "5 Minute With" business interview segments and produced four television shows that have aired locally on the NBC and ABC Affiliates.

Challenge: Develop local and regional marketing partners for leading sports radio station in North Florida.
Core responsibilities: Create integrated marketing programs and promotions to generate increased annual revenues.
Key Results: Led station to annual sales records three consecutive years, growing revenues an average 15% each year. Achieved three individual monthly sales records, two annual records and sold station’s largest overall campaign. Influential in station acquiring broadcast rites to Jacksonville Jaguars.
Market Share Gains: Station grew from #9 to #3 local biller in the market based on annual revenues.
CASE STUDIES
Under a program I directed, the Selling with CC Real Estate team DOUBLED their sales output from one year to the next
Serving in a marketing and spokesperson capacity, Metabolic Research Centers increased their weekly location visits by 69% overall revenues increased 40% and a customer base that was 80% female, became 55% male.

Core responsibilities: Develop and manage marketing and sales initiatives for national advertising agencies and clients; capture media budgets; develop campaigns utilizing 2,700 national affiliates (radio, TV and digital).
Key Results - New York: Ranked #7 out of 125 national sales representatives in overall sales revenues in 2006 and ranked #1 out of 125 national sales representatives in overall sales revenues at time of 2007 promotion.
